Well, whatever you want to say about Obama, he doesn't seem to mind the 45 million dead babies since 1973 in the US... those numbers far exceed any other tragedy that has ever taken place. This holocaust continues and Obama promises to deregulate abortion even more by trying to pass a pro-abortion act that will strike down all state regulations on abortion.... allowing abortion-on-demand, late-term and partial birth abortions, and other things like allowing teens to get abortion without parental consent or notification.
Nonetheless, I will pray for him... and HOPE that he CHANGES things in a positive way... rather than degenerating our culture and society even more.

Those who believe on Jesus Christ have already been judged. We will not come into judgment because Jesus Christ was our substitute in judgment. He took sin and the consequences of sin upon himself so that those who believe on him would be made righteous, never again to have judgment against them.
All who believe on Jesus Christ are passed from death unto life. See Jn. 5:23ff., See also Jn. 3:16-18. Compare this with Jn. 5:29: To do good is to believe on the Son, Jesus Christ which results in the resurrection of life.
How can this be if God is just? Don’t I deserve to be punished for the wrong I have done, or do? Yes, we deserve it! But God provided Jesus Christ as the substitute for sin and its punishment. See II Cor. 5:21:

What did we deserve? DEATH! See Rom. 6:23. God is a just judge. He is bound to judge in righteousness and truth all who have been on the earth. Because of God’s great love, He has extended grace and mercy through His Son, Jesus Christ that all who believe on Jesus Christ shall not perish, shall not have God’s judgment against them, but they shall have everlasting life.

Oh dear! Shouting at each other is not going to solve anything or change anyone's mind. I think that we should all remember that Jesus himself said that he came to ensure that we all have abundant life, that the greatest command is love, love for self, for others and for God, however we might conceive of him/her. Let's learn to respect and accept each other instead of trying to score points by quoting scriptures. Scroing points just makesone person a winner, but more improtantly, makes the other person a loser. I don't think Jesus wants anyone to be a loser!

God’s will was for Jesus Christ to give his own life in behalf of our sins for the purpose of us being delivered from this present evil world. If Jesus Christ’s death was our deliverance from the ways of this twisted old world, then that is where we have our deliverance. Our deliverance is not in any means the world has to offer. Then the real question is how big do I trust in this message of God? Where do I turn for my deliverance? Jesus Christ’s death is God’s solution to every problem generated by sin. This would include all strife, wars, envy, jealousy, denominational splits and all disharmony in the Body of Christ, all anxieties, all fears, all physical lack, all ill-health, etc., etc. Christ is the gospel. This is why the gospel is the power of God. And when it is submitted to in any situation then the power of God is realized.

You are disposed to believe the worst of your fellow creatures. You are also convinced you know the will of God. If you know the will of God, you put yourself in the place of God, as judge of creation. I think you should moderate your speech and learn some humility.
Some people may possibly have such a close relationship with Jesus that they may be more insightful of what the will of God might be. I don't think Arkwriter is trying to put himself in the place of God. God may not want us to judge others, but he does want us to pay close attention to the actions and intentions of others so that we may truly discern the difference between what is good or evil. God wants that. I don't think that speaking out about it is the same kind of judgement you might be speaking of. Obama may just be an ordinary person with faults just like everyone else, but his record and actions seem to be showing something a little more negative and deceptive. Yet everyone wants to ignore the unanswered questions and shady dealings and only focus on the candy coating.

Arkwriter responds: No, I do not think the worst of BHO. In fact I think he is a very intelligent and capable leader. Every historical Antichrist has such traits. Take for example Napoleon and Hitler. They were both strong leaders.
Those experts who have followed BHO's campaign trail cannot help but be amazed at his meteoric rise from the bottom of the pack to become the front runner in the Primary Election, then went ahead to beat a war hero to become the President of the United States. For Paraglider's information I do not think BHO will stop at that point. He will continue to rise and become the most powerful man in the world. That is the role of the Antichrist.

It does not take a learned theologian with a Th.D degree to read John's epistles and Revelation to know there is an Antichrist in the End Time who becomes a powerful world leader by deception (2 Jn. 7). BHO fits that description.

Because you still do not allow for the possibility that you do not know 'the truth', that your 'truth' may be error. I see no humility there. In my experience there is more to learn about life and morality from quality literature and movies than from Biblical scripture and parables written so long ago. Good literature transmits much of Judaeo-Christian morality into contemporary terms which are more easily accessible to most people. I suspect that most people's Bibles are unread, gathering dust in their bookcases. As a sure fire way to get quickly to sleep, I used to read the Gideon Bibles in my hotel room occasionally when traveling on business, but I found the material pretty heavy going and much less inspiring than a good movie, for example, "Glengarry, Glen Ross," "Death of a Salesman," "The Gunfighter," "The Oxbow Incident," "Erin Brockovich," "The Virgin Spring," "The Rose Tattoo," "The Iceman Commeth," are some examples that come immediately to mind. There are many more that speak to contemporary moral issues much more directly than most of the Bible.

No one comes to the Father except through Me." (Jn. 14:6) If you know Jesus then you know the truth because He is the truth personified.

My response: I do not hate the President elect. I also do not hate Barack Hussein Obama. You got it right I hate the Antichrist. You have to differentiate those three things. The President elect is an official position in the U.S. government. I fully respect the U.S. constitution. Barack Hussein Obama is a person, my fellow human being. I love him just as I love my neighbor as myself. This is the basic fundamental teaching of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Antichrist is Satan's representative on earth. It takes the guidance of God's Spirit to do that. It starts with a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. If you look upon Jesus as your Lord and personal Savior you will want to communicate with Him as much as possible. Divine communication between you and your God takes place when you worship Him, praise and exalt Him, pray to Him and read His word - the Holy Bible. When you place your life into God's hand and let Him lead you there will be changes in your lifestyle, desires and habits. You will read the Bible and not feel tired and sleepy.
